Winchester Police Officer Mike Keffer, as well as the Jimmy John’s owner, is presented a plaque in recognition of his support of the Kentucky Wounded Heroes. Mike furnished a meal for participants in a recent KWH pheasant hunt at Quail Point Preserve.
